Deliver or pick up

When will my order be delivered? If you have ordered before 12:00 noon, 96% of the orders will be delivered in 4 days between 8:00 and 17:00. The order is delivered by GLS or by Claassen from Monday to Friday. By signing for receipt you accept that the shipment has been received in good order. If you are not at home during the delivery times, the order will be offered again the next day. You can provide a telephone number where you will be called 15 minutes before delivery so that you can be present on time. You must indicate this by email to [email protected] The order cannot be delivered to a PO box address.

Special time delivery
If you want to receive the order after 10:00 am, you pay € 25, - special time delivery costs for deliveries between 10:15 am - 5:00 pm.
No timing is possible within this time.

Delivery abroad
Orders can also be delivered in England, Belgium, Germany and France.
However, other delivery charges apply depending on size and weight.
Foreign shipments must always be paid in advance.

Not everything has been delivered
If not everything has been delivered, you must indicate this immediately to the driver upon delivery.
In addition, you note on the consignment note how many packages / which products you are missing before you sign for receipt.
Mail to [email protected] to arrange with us when you will receive the other packages / products.
State who you are, address details, order number and order date.

I have received a damaged / defect / wrong / incomplete product
If you have received a product that is wrong, defect, damaged or incomplete, you can choose to return the product free of charge and replace it free of charge within 30 days.
For a quick and correct handling, it is important that you take a photo of the damaged product if possible and send it to [email protected]
State who you are, address details, order number and order date.
State the return reason that applies (wrong, defect, damaged, incomplete).
We kindly request you to return the product(s) in its original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging, with a (copy) of the invoice.

The order has not been delivered within 4 working days
If the order has not been delivered within 4 working days, mail to [email protected]
State who you are, address details, order number and order date.
We will then find out for you why the order has not yet been delivered and email you back to the email address you used to email us.

Take Away
Products can also be picked up if ordered a day in advance.
For this you need to choose Pick up at Beauty & Care when ordering.
This is possible on working days from Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at our address:
