How much infusion do you use per sauna infusion?

You normally use 5 ml of sauna infusion on a liter of ice or water. So with a 25 ml bottle you can pour 2 to 5 times. With a 100 ml bottle you can pour 10 to 20 times with a normal use of 1 or 2 liters of ice or water per fragrance.

How often do you use a scent during the sauna ritual?

A sauna ritual normally lasts 15 minutes.
A new scent is often poured into the sauna every 5 minutes to always get a new scent experience in the sauna.
